Meticulously maintained with classic original architectural charm, it boasts two king beds, two large smart TVs, free high-speed WiFi, and a full bath with bathtub. The space The space that you will occupy is 900 sq/ft and includes two king beds in a one bedroom apartment. Please review the photos for the best understanding of the layout. We have a work station, breakfast nook, 2 flat screen TVs and private entrance and a hot tub open year round!. WIFI, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided. Free street parking too! Very comfortable with Temperpedic mattresses and bathtub. We keep things really clean for our guests and the kitchen and most of the space is newly renovated so its really clean!!! This space is on the ground floor of a classic Brooklyn Brownstone like you see on TV and in the movies depicting New York. It gets tons of morning sun and if you don't want the sun to wake you up the space has pocket louvers, a classic touch of original brownstone detail. Parents of young children please be aware that in addition to the hot tub we have an unfenced swimming pool (off limits to guests). Guest access Everything listed and photographed will be accessible to guests. If you have questions regarding this please read our reviews. The space has WIFI. There is a separate wifi for the back yard area. We provide linens and towels and basic cooking utensils. During your stay If you'd like to meet face to face that's easy and I'll gladly share a chat or even a morning coffee! If you'd prefer to communicate remotely that's okay too! Other things to note We no longer allow guest access to the pool as of April 2021. Hot tub is still accessible to guests. Our home is not well suited for children under the age of 12 for safety reasons-- an unfenced pool in the back yard that is off limits to guests. Absolutely no entertaining. Only those guests on the reservation allowed. Please be aware that we do charge an additional nightly fee for additional guests. This fee is $15/night from Jan-Mar and $20/night for the warmer months. Please inform us if you plan to change the number of guests on the reservation and be sure you have correctly listed the number of guests staying with you in the reservation. For stays longer than 10 days (11+) we ask that guests pay for an additional cleaning at a discounted rate of $100. This fee will be settled through Airbnb during your stay. This will include a fresh set of linens for the beds being used and a fresh set of towels as well as a full cleaning of the apartment. That money goes entirely to our cleaner. Breakage: If something breaks or is damaged please be forthcoming about it with us. We understand that accidents can happen. Airbnb has insurance that covers us and you without penalty or additional cost to either party. However, we cannot file a claim unless we know about the damage immediately. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate it if you would tell us of any item that becomes damaged (including stained linens) during your stay so that we may file a claim. Thank you!
