Rokanes was a small living settlement until a couple of decades ago, when it completely fell into disrepair. The Villa Rokanes/Glass stone pool house represents the first house to be renovated, respecting and preserving the local architecture, the nature and the history of the property. Injecting passion, energy and love, we created this unique retreat; we welcome you to revitalize in its picturesque beauty, experience the spirit of an older era, sense nature and enjoy the wild South Evian beauty, in a tranquil environment. Villa Rokanes/Glass stone pool house is located in South Evia Styra, a delightful village, just a 5-minute drive from the ferry port at Nea Styra and its regular ferry service to Agia Marina on the Greek mainland (an hours’ drive from Athens International Airport). It consists of one double ensuite bedroom, one room with two beds, a living room with an iconic 4m long glass window with a comfortable large corner couch combined with fully equipped kitchen a WC with shower on the ground floor and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is also a smart LG OLED 55" TV in the living room and children’s toys and books are also provided. The house has privacy and free parking. Outside, you can enjoy your breakfast and romantic dinners at the sunset in one of the 2 tables on the stone terraces next to the pool or just spoil yourself with sunbathing on the sun loungers. The fee is · €8 per day from April to October and · €2 per day from November to March, and it must be paid upon arrival.
