All 10 minutes walk down a quite country lane to a safe sandy beach The space Peregrine barn is one of 3 converted barns with lots of character, exposed beams and original flint walls. Peregrine barn can be interconnected with Kestrel barn to sleep 12. This barn sleeps 6 plus cot in 3 Bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a further double room and twin bedroom.We can provide a travel cot, bed guard and high chair on request. The main bathroom contains a freestanding bath and large walk in shower with a vanity unit for lots of storage. The second bathroom is a wet room with a handrail and shower stool on request. Guest access Whole of Peregrine Barn and secure private garden. Peregrine Barn is all on one level from the carpark through the barn to the hot tub and has a wet room. Easy walking and wheel chair accessible. Shingle car park to decking into barn. Decking from french doors to hot tub. Other things to note We allow 2 well behaved dogs only, over 12 months old. They cannot be left alone on the premises and we ask you keep them off of the furniture and beds. Copy of full dog terms will be emailed to you on booking. Charge for dog is £30 per booking. The hot tub cannot be used from 11pm to 7 am.
