Loft-style apartment over private housing on a rural property, with separate entrances. Very well connected to the Granada-Guadix national highway and less than 30 minutes by car to both cities. Supermarket and restaurants a 10-minute walk away, as is the village. Very quiet walking areas. Sierra Arana, an incredible space to discover, is a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor leisure area: hiking, public spaces for eating and barbecuing, children's playground... Ideal for enjoying the countryside!!! The space The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. There is space on the property to park a car. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for you. The only common area is the pool. The pool is open from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM from June to October. Other things to note In the common areas, swimming pool and garden, there are dogs that will want to greet you lovingly.
