Renovated in 2025, everything has been designed to accommodate 7 guests + 2 (extra charge). You arrive. You settle in. And you simply enjoy it. Stress and tension vanish. Time for well-being and entertainment. ☞ THE GARDEN The garden is huge. A 2,500 m² playground where your children can play freely and safely (and parents can enjoy a well-deserved relaxing break). It has a small, sun-heated swimming pool where you can relax while enjoying the mild climate, a trampoline where young and old can have a great time, and a game of darts. For those who love pétanque, balls are available. ☞ THE INSIDE OF THE VILLA The interior of the villa is arranged over 3 levels, with one key word: COMFORT. On the ground floor, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large modern kitchen, a powder room and 2 toilets (including 1 with a bidet function). Follow me for a short tour, room by room. - The 38 m² living room, chic and spacious, with a 138 cm Samsung ultra-slim smart TV offering excellent image quality. The large round table can accommodate up to 9 guests. For your comfort, you have three armchairs and a leather sofa, ready to welcome you to rest after a hectic day. You can all play board games together (provided) or enjoy your favourite TV shows while taking in the beautiful view of the garden. A very pleasant space. - Kitchen. The same feeling of space in a functional and refined style. The kitchen is very modern with its long granite worktop and numerous cupboards in which you will find everything you need for cooking (Italian and electric coffee makers, mixer, blender, food processor, pressure cooker, raclette machine, toaster, etc.). It is ultra-functional with a fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dryer is in the basement. In other words, you'll be able to whip up tasty menus in a flash and share meals full of conviviality at the dining table in the living room or on the terrace. By the way, I'll let you in on a secret: I love my terrace to be with my family and friends around the barbecue, while the skewers are cooking. It is also functional thanks to its two tables, one octagonal in marble (which must not be moved) for 8 guests, the other in iron for 10 people. It's up to you. - The bathroom. Another cosy room. The walk-in shower is very spacious (1.40 m wide). The two lava stone basins, placed on the teak cabinet, form a very elegant ensemble. And the large backlit mirror is very practical. Free from the hustle and bustle and obligations of everyday life, you will enjoy being there. You are finally taking time for yourself. →→ The two bedrooms. Very cosy, they stand out for their brand-new, high-quality bedding. Large windows open onto the large lawn on one side and onto the main façade on the other. One with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a thick mattress. The other has two bunk beds, a pull-out bed and a bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. The first, with a very zen atmosphere, features a built-in TV facing the bed and a series of cupboards, drawers and a wardrobe. The second one is super cute with its ceiling decorated with fluorescent stars. Both have a small dressing table with a backlit mirror. Organising your belongings in there is child's play thanks to practical storage furniture. In a particularly quiet environment, after exciting days, you will sleep like a baby and enjoy peaceful, restful nights. There you go. You will find a single room, a mezzanine and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. - The upstairs bedroom. It uses the same design elements as those on the ground floor. You'll feel right at home with its generous double bed (140 x 190 cm) and convenient wooden wardrobe. The lighting has been carefully thought out: a small light above the headboard for quiet evening reading, two bedside lamps for ambience, and ceiling spotlights for daylight lighting. - The mezzanine. A charming space with exposed trusses and a small vintage wooden horse. The mezzanine has two comfortable single beds (90 x 190 cm). - The bathroom. Small, certainly, but functional with its shower cubicle, clever vanity unit and toilet with a bidet seat. Everything you need to take care of yourself is there. ☞ THE BASEMENT The villa's basement accommodates: - a games room with a ping-pong table, a scooter and table football. The theatre of frenzied games.
