Renovated in 2025, everything has been designed to accommodate 7 guests + 2 (extra). You arrive. You settle in. And you simply enjoy. Stress and tension evaporate. Make way for wellness and entertainment. ☞ THE GARDEN The garden is huge. A 2,500 m² playground where your children can have fun freely and safely (and parents can enjoy a well-deserved relaxing break). It has a small swimming pool heated by the sun, to relax, while enjoying the mild climate and a trampoline where young and old can have a lot of fun as well as a game of darts. For petanque lovers, balls are at your disposal. ☞ THE INTERIOR OF THE VILLA The interior of the villa is organized on 3 levels, with a keyword: COMFORT. On the ground floor, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large modern kitchen, a toilet and 2 toilets (including 1 with a bidet). Follow me for a short visit, room by room. - The 38 m² living room, chic and spacious, with Samsung 138 cm extra-flat and connected TV offering great image quality. The large round table can accommodate up to 9 guests. For your comfort, you have three armchairs and a leather sofa, ready to welcome you to rest from a hectic day. You can play board games (provided) together or enjoy your favorite TV programs while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden. A very nice space. - Kitchen. Same feeling of space in a functional and refined style. The kitchen is very modern with its long granite countertop and its many cupboards in which you will find everything you need to cook (Italian and electric coffee makers, mixer, blender, mixer, pressure cooker, raclette machine, toaster...) It is ultra-functional with fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dryer is in the basement. In other words, you will be able to concoct tasty menus in the snap of your fingers and share meals, full of conviviality, at the dining table in the living room or on the terrace. By the way, I'll tell you a secret: I love my terrace. to meet with my family and friends around the barbecue, while cooking skewers. Very cozy, they are distinguished by their brand new quality bedding. Large windows open on one side to the large lawn, on the other to the main facade. One equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a thick mattress. The other is equipped with two bunk beds, a trundle bed and a bathroom with sink and toilet. The first, with a very zen atmosphere, offers a built-in TV facing the bed and a series of cupboards, drawers and wardrobe. The second is super cute with its ceiling decorated with fluorescent stars. Both have a small dressing table with a backlit mirror. Organizing your belongings is child's play thanks to practical storage furniture. In a particularly quiet environment, after exciting days, you will fall asleep like a baby and spend sweet and relaxing nights. There you go. Very special lighting has been well thought out: a small light above the headboard to read quietly in the evening, two bedside lamps for ambiance, ceiling spotlights for daytime lighting. - The mezzanine. A charming space with its exposed trusses and its small vintage wooden horse. The mezzanine accommodates two comfortable single beds (90 x 190 cm). - The bathroom. Small, but functional with its shower cubicle, clever vanity unit and toilet with washing jet. Everything is there for you to take care of yourself. ☞ THE BASEMENT The basement of the villa accommodates: - a games room with ping pong table, scooter and foosball. The theater of wild parties.
