In the newly renovated vacation home you will find everything a vacationer's heart desires: 2 modern bathrooms, each with 1 shower, toilet and washing facilities. A guest toilet on the second floor. Open kitchen-living room, living area with TV. In total, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and an additional room with a couch. Features: fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Wi-Fi and two 40" flat-screen TVs. Outside you will find 2 terraces with barbecue, which are not visible from the street. The space The house is completely newly renovated. Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and washing facilities, 4 bedrooms with double beds, a large eat-in kitchen and a cozy living room invite you to take a vacation. In an additional room there is a couch with TV. Guest toilet on the second floor. Linens & towels are to be brought. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal during your vacation. Other things to note Starting in January 2020, the cottage will be completely remodeled for you and will be available again on time for the Easter holidays from April 2020 onwards. After the renovation, the lower floor will be handicapped and wheelchair accessible for our guests. You can use a double room there, the kitchen and the newly designed, spacious living/dining area as well as the new accessible bathroom. On the upper floor there is a bathroom, three double bedrooms and a reading/retreat room equipped with an additional couch and TV. Gas/electricity and water are billed individually according to consumption: €0.12/kWh gas, €0.40/kWh electricity, €0.12/kWh gas and €10/m³ water. The municipality of Frielendorf charges a spa fee per day of stay, which we pay. People a) up to the age of ten 0.00 euros, b) from the age of ten 1.30 euros.
