Upon entering the newly refurbished apartment, laid with new plush carpets throughout, the entrance hall opens into the modern open-plan living area, kitchen and dining area. Doors to the bedroom and bathroom lie at opposite ends of the apartment. The living area benefits from a double sofa and has a 43" wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV. The WiFi hub is also located on the window sill. The well equipped modern fitted kitchen has plenty of worktop space, and comprises of built-in electric oven, hob, under-counter fridge, slimline dishwasher, and appliances to include a kettle, toaster, microwave. Cookware, glassware, crockery and utensils are all available in this well stocked apartment. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which has a table with two chairs and a bench. The bedroom, located off the living area has a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing table and stool, wardrobe, hairdryer, and wall-mounted 43” flat screen Smart TV. The shower room located off the kitchen area is fully tiled and consists of a shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel rail. There is also a mirror with touch sensor light above the sink. The property benefits from free WiFi, thermostatically controlled electric radiators throughout, and has the use of an iron and ironing board. Guest access There is no parking at the property which is the norm for many properties in such close proximity to Great Yarmouth sea front. You can park outside the security gate to unload and load but this is not permanent. Free parking can be found on some unrestricted roads. Alternatively, you can park in one of the numerous council owned car parks. A 3-day parking ticket costs £13.50, and a weekly parking tickets costs £32. BUYING A TICKET IN ADVANCE Tickets can be purchased online by going to Great Yarmouth Borough Council's website and access their Parking and Roads page. Here you can click into 'Can I pre-pay for parking?' and follow the link to pre-book weekly or 3-day tickets. Complete all details and a ticket will be posted to you. PLEASE ALLOW 5 WORKING DAYS FOR THE TICKET TO BE ISSUED. Other things to note ** Located in the heart of Great Yarmouth from time to time the popular Regent Rd can be quite noisy. the apartment is well insulated with double glazing but with windows open the sound can permeate. ** There is no parking at the property which is the norm for many properties in such close proximity to Great Yarmouth sea front. You can park outside the security gate to unload and load but this is not permanent.
