The space Green Suite is a 40-square-meter apartment located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with an elevator. The space was designed with guest comfort in mind – both for short stays and longer visits. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and an additional advantage is the private balcony. Shades of green combined with natural wood and soft beige create a calm, harmonious atmosphere. Soft fabrics, nature-inspired wallpaper, and subtle details add warmth and lightness, making the interior feel modern, soothing, and comfortably homelike. The bedroom features a comfortable bed (140 × 200 cm), and the fold-out sofa in the living room provides a convenient sleeping option for children, making the apartment a practical choice for families. The apartment is fully equipped – the kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of tableware, enriched with wine glasses that add a touch of elegance and make evenings more special. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and fold-out clothes rack are also available. For our guests’ comfort, we provide a stable, high-speed internet connection and efficient Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work, online meetings, and everyday browsing, as well as a Smart TV with access to a full package of channels, including Netflix, HBO, and Canal+. Guests can use various parking options: 1. Public street parking or the building’s outdoor parking area (availability cannot be guaranteed). 2. A parking space in the underground garage – advance reservation required. Please note that the garage entrance is relatively narrow and requires caution. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and children (2+1 / 2+2). A travel cot (PLN 100 per stay) and a high chair (free of charge) are available upon request. We care about cleanliness and comfort – the apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, as well as basic toiletries (soap, shower gel) and cleaning products, especially useful for longer stays. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment: living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Smoking on the balcony is permitted only with the door closed to prevent odors from entering the apartment. The apartment includes one parking space in the garage. The garage is shared, but the space is assigned exclusively to guests. The gate remote control is located in the apartment, and upon departure, the gate opens with a button. Guests are free to use all the amenities in the apartment. We provide a starter kit of toiletries and cleaning products – for longer stays, these are the responsibility of the guest. Self-check-in is via a key box located next to the apartment door. Instructions are sent on the day of arrival, around 2:00–2:30 PM. We try to send everything to the number provided on Airbnb for easier and faster access. Other things to note - Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. - Early check-in (1:00 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM) is possible for an additional fee of PLN 40. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the door closed, to prevent smoke from entering the interior. - Pets are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and parties or events are not permitted. - Only guests listed in the reservation may stay in the apartment. In case of violation, Airbnb will be notified. - The apartment is not equipped with child-safety features — parents are responsible for supervising young children. - The building has an elevator, but there are thresholds inside the apartment. - The minimum booking age is 18. - Additional equipment available: travel cot (PLN 100 per stay) and high chair (free of charge). - Waste segregation is required; bins are located in the waste area next to the building. - The garage entrance is relatively narrow — please drive with caution. - Guests are expected to leave the apartment in good condition.
