Located on a working croft, Norvald is the ideal location for a peaceful holiday. The house is situated on a hillside with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with 3 comfy sofas, a dining area with beautiful views and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and main bathroom are downstairs, with the main living areas and a WC upstairs, making the most of the fantastic views. Short term lets license number: OR00296F The space We provide a welcome pack containing milk, bread, butter, cheese, oatcakes, biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar. We can provide a travel cot, stair gates, high chair and baby bath free of charge if required. The bedrooms have the following beds: Bedroom one has twin beds Bedroom two has 1 double bed Bedroom three has 1 King size bed (until November 1st 2025) There is a coin meter for electricity, it accepts £1 coins only. In summer months, average usage is £20/week. In cold winter months please allow for up to £100/week. I have a supply of coins if you need change. IMPORTANT: Airbnb have changed their fee transparency policy with virtually no notice. From May 10th we can no longer handle payments outside of Airbnb (i.e. coins for the electric meter) For this reason we must now request payment through the Airbnb resolution centre for electricity usage until we can arrange for removal of the coin meter. UPDATE: From November 1st 2025 there will no longer be a coin meter in place. Electricity will be included in the nightly rate. The prices have been increased from this date to allow for this.
