Our home whilst well equipped and spacious has a warm and cosy feel. It is close to the major historic towns of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest National Park and the south coast beaches. It is just a five minute walk to both the town centre with its 1,000 year old abbey and old market town with the beautiful river Test flowing through it as well as to the local train station with good links to London & Bristol (both c90 mins) and locally to Salisbury & Southampton (both c15 mins). The space House refurbished in last two years and offers comfort as well as high quality new facilities in kitchen and bathrooms. Please note that bedroom 4 (downstairs) has a sofa bed and more limited storage for clothes etc. Property ONLY available as a minimum 30 night letting between 3pm December 23rd 2023 to 11am February 11th 2024 . Guest access All the house and garden except the garden shed and loft space Other things to note We will leave instructions for cooker/washing machine/TV/wifi etc in the house.
