The deposit is refunded to the bank account within 3 days after the guests leave the property. We do not charge additional fees for renting the house (the price includes, among other things: electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi). The hot tub/jacuzzi with aeromassage (self-service/electric, unlimited use) is an additional paid option and is not included in the listed price of the stay. The hot tub/jacuzzi is sanitized for your use, with filters replaced and fresh water filled. If you wish to order the hot tub/jacuzzi, please contact us in advance. The jacuzzi can only be ordered prior to the stay (minimum 2 days in advance). The infrared sauna (unlimited use) is an additional paid option for the entire stay and is not included in the listed price of the stay.
