You see your own charming landscaped backyard with firepit and you begin to feel warm and fuzzy all over again. Again, you smile and realize you made the right decision. You get up and decide to tour your full house again and begin to notice Bose speakers around a few corners of the house. Master suite has it's own bathroom. There is another FULL bathroom in the upstairs hall and full bathroom downstairs as well. 1 bedroom as well downstairs. Kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave. Front of house has enough parking for three or four cars, and plenty of parking on street in front of our home. Backyard has a firepit (propane is sometimes included provided previous guest did not empty it) and stainless steel bbq grill. Keyless entry doors in front of our home allow you to arrive anytime. HDTV's are ultra 4K capable and include amazing surround sound wall shaking effects. note: washer and dryer limited to 4+ day stays ONLY.. this has prevented damage or repairs due to misuse. Our home is a smarthome and utilizes alexa voice commands that control the color of both livingroom lights, kitchen, stairs, and hallway lights. You can turn off the dining lights, kitchen, and both livingroom lights with voice commands. Play your favorite music with alexa voice commands as well (we use amazon prime UNLIMITED music connected to our SONOS whole house speakers. Bedrooms have calvin klein pillows, tommy hilfiger comforters, and 1800 thread count linens providing you with ultra comfort and sleep. Mattresses have both cotton and memory foam making it by far the most comfortable beds you can catch some sleep with. Back livingroom sectional is high quality made of duck feathered cushioning (very comfortable to sleep on). We also have three high quality xl twin CASPER mattresses for extra guests to sleep comfortably as well. They are as comfortable as our super king size beds! Total of 7 beds consisting of 2 super kings size custom beds 2 Cal King beds, and three xl CASPER twin size mattresses. QUICK KEY ACCESS, allows guests to book quickly. Guests like their privacy which is fine. I communicate only when needed and am available anytime to provide tips and suggestions :) Private and quiet street. Best street in the area by far.
