wonderful house for 10-11 persons, dogs welcome

The house was built in a beautiful natural wood-area. There are a lot of animals so we like to offer our home to persons who like animals. Your dog/dogs or other animals are very welcome in our home. You can walk around on very nice wood-tracks or through the winyards. It´s only 4-5 minutes by car to the historical and very beautiful old city of Ahrweiler; 20 minutes by feet. And it´s only half an hour to Bonn, 40 minutes to Cologne and 40 min. to Koblenz. The city takes a small tourist tax. The space The house is very beautiful with a mix of modern and old (antique) furnitures. There´s space for 10 persons and a baby (1 baby-bed and 1 baby-chair). The big livingroom has got a very nice sofa-area with a flat- TV and a wonderful fireplace for the winter time. The kitchen is also very big and has got everything needs to cook and bake. The house has got 5 double bed-rooms with comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms and another toilet. (3 toilets; one on each floor). One bathroom has got shower and bath, toilet and bidet, the other one has got shower and toilet. There also is a big terrace (one with roof/one without), another balkony and a wonderful garden which you can use. You can have a barbecue or a fire at a fire place. The city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler demands a tourist-tax of 3,-€/day/adult and 1,-€/day/child up from 6 years. You have to hand over the tax cash at the check-in. Guest access You will be able, to use the whole house with terrace and big garden of your own. The next neighbours are far away-you can´t see or hear them. Other things to note For the tourist tax you will get a guest-card. With this card you are able to use busses or the train in our region. Although you get discount for a few museums.
