The space The apartment has been fully renovated and thoughtfully decorated in a modern, welcoming style, with every detail carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. It features a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom. Its prime location allows you to experience the unique atmosphere of Malasaña while being within walking distance of some of Madrid's most iconic attractions, including Gran Vía and Chueca. After a day exploring the city, you'll appreciate returning to a peaceful and comfortable space to relax. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for guests and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive. Amenities include: High-speed Wi-Fi. Heating. Flat-screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and citrus juicer. Washing machine. Iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Wardrobes with hangers. Intercom system. Your stay includes bed linen, two towels per guest, and a bath mat. You'll also find hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel, so you have all the essentials from the moment you arrive. Whenever possible, we offer flexible check-in and check-out times. We will also be available throughout your stay to assist you with any questions or issues that may arise. Other things to note Access is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards using an electronic key, after completing the required documentation. Throughout your stay, you will have assistance available for any issues or needs that may arise.
