Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option. The views, the gated resort community, great space to get away and relax. Short drive from Atlanta, Athens, or Macon. Country club living on Lake Oconee. There are four units that make up Villa Positano and all are separate. The entire first floor comprises A and B Units and those are rented as a single 2 bed, 2 bath unit. The upstairs D unit is across the hall and the upper level patios are connected but separate. The C Unit is upstairs and is its own separate unit. If you need additional space, let us know and we can see if the other units are available. We have an onsite rep, that will be available if you need anything and will coordinate parking passes at security gate, keys, and check-in/check-out. We will email full package upon booking. Cuscowilla is a private, gated community on the shores of Lake Oconee. Amazing lake life community and all just a short drive from Atlanta, Macon, Athens, and Augusta. Once in the resort you won't need a vehicle, but getting there you will want a car. About an hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Atlanta. Uber/Lyft are not very prevalent at the lake unfortunately. Car is recommended. Cuscowilla is a great lake community with great views, trails and beautiful Lake Oconee. We've recently added some paddle boards and a canoe that are shared with our guests and neighbors. Feel free to use them out on the lake and have a great time. Please respect them and store them safely and properly when done so others can enjoy them in the future. The lake has boat rental options, and there are water toys (canoe, kayaks and paddle boards) under the unit that you can use as well. CUSCOWILLA FACILITIES – Cuscowilla is a private club community and guests must abide by rules of Cuscowilla Club. Management at Cuscowilla does not allow guests to use the bar, restaurant, tennis and pools but don't worry, there is plenty to entertain you on the lake and in the villa. Great food options available just outside the resort and Publix is close to stock the kitchen. This is a family oriented location, no parties, no loud music, no marijuana. Failure to follows these rules could lead to immediate eviction. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, relax and respect your neighbors.
