Minimum stay 2 nights. The space The cottage is situated a 10 minute walk out of Hayfield on a quiet, no through road leading to Kinder Scout and the reservoir. It's lovely and quiet and a perfect base from which to walk or cycle. The cottage is an old 19th century printer's cottage which has traditional charm with modern facilities. The internal stairs and outside steps are steep, which make it unsuitable for very young children and people with limited mobility. No smoking, no pets and no parties. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage. There is a dining table which folds away and is stored behind the sofa in the lounge. There are four folding chairs which can be found in the cupboard under the stairs. Please note that the futon in the reading room is to be used as a sofa only and should not be used as a bed.
