House of Tepes Just 18 km/ 11 miles away from the historical city of Sibiu, in middle of Transylvania, you will enjoy our traditionally decorated house, a large garden perfect for relaxing, BBQ and rural environment that you won't find anywhere else! Perfect for families or a group of friends. Recommend to come with a car if you wish to go around to the mountains or to visit Sibiu surrounding. If you just want to find a countryside to chill and relax, this is the best place for you. The space Guests can access the large garden, equipped with a covered terrace for relaxing, swing, and barbeque. You will have two private bedrooms, private bathrooms, and a private living room as you can see from the listing pictures. One bathroom and living room are on the ground floor; two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. There are two single sofa beds that can be set up if you are a total of 6. The place is over 2 floors. You have a private entrance for those. The whole house has two parts separated by the yard. We live in one part and another part we rent for you. ***The kitchen, yard, and garden are all shared with us when we are home*** ***We can recommend Romanian breakfast for you from the local kitchen*** Please feel free to ask about the availability in advance.
