It is ideally suited for guests who wish to explore the attractions on both Lake Como and Lake Lugano, as Lake Como is a 30 minute panoramic drive away, accessible by car or bus. Casa Rosabella is a renovated home of 70 square meters (750 square feet) on two floors. The house has all modern comforts yet retains aspects of its original antique charm with touches like the floor of 'cotto antico'. The upper floor is open plan, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area seating 6, and living area with a sofa, armchair, wifi internet connection and flat screen TV with satellite. The sofa can also be adapted to a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, if required. The ground floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a garden area where one can relax outdoors or eat while enjoying the view of the lake, and the pre-alps with lush vegetation. Free public parking is available a short walk away.
