Situated in the heart of the Toronto city centre, and nestled conveniently within the extremely popular entertainment and fashion districts, there is no better location that simultaneously serves all of you culinary, entertainment, business and shopping needs. The space One of the best advantages of this property -- as reviewed by other guests -- is its location. You'll be just steps to many of Toronto's major attractions, including the C.N. Tower, Eaton Centre, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Stadium, Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Ontario Museum, Ripley's Aquarium, China Town, Kensington Market, Little Italy, Union Station, and a host of other internationally renowned sites. Located literally outside the building are the Queen, King and Spadina public transit stops taking you through the city's major travel arteries. Within just minutes on foot, you'll also be greeted by a wide selection of some of the city's best restaurants, bars and lounges. Toronto's massive food scene is very quickly attracting global attention, and many of the city's most acclaimed restaurants are located in the neighbourhood, including some of the best Japanese/Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian and Indian you've ever had! And if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay while on business, you'll be in very close proximity to major business centres, including the Toronto Metro Convention Centre, the financial district, the discovery district, University Avenue, and a number of hotels and conference facilities. Guest access Complimentary tea/coffee and basic breakfast snacks (oatmeal, granola bars, etc.) are provided at the pleasure of the host. Guests are also invited to use any of the amenities provided within the suite itself and building at large, such as the kitchen (including access to all small appliances, plateware, cutlery and raw materials available at the time), in-suite laundry, high-speed internet and WiFi, 4K TV (which includes access to Netflix and other online material), piano, rooftop patio, BBQ , gym and billiard's room. During your stay I live on the property and have a separate bedroom and bathroom of my own. I'm a young professional and generally work between the hours of 9am and 6pm, and when I'm home, I tend to be quiet. Your interaction with me depends on what you're comfortable with (I'm happy to stay out of your way if you'd prefer, but please be sure to first get my recommendations on where to eat!). That being said, I'm reachable all-day to answer any questions or concerns, and my office is located only 15 minutes away. Other things to note On-site parking is sometimes available at a cost of $CAD 15/day -- if you require access to a parking spot, please reach out to me to determine its availability prior to confirming your booking. Airport pick-up and drop-offs after 6pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends can be coordinated at a rate negotiated between the host and guest.
