A spacious property that is easily accessible via the A303 offering peace and tranquility to all visitors and guests. The space Bungalow with 4/5 bedrooms, two with en-suite. Master bedroom with a brand new 3000 pocket sprung king sized mattress, stunning solid oak furniture, patio doors looking out onto the garden with decked balcony offering a seating area and exterior lighting, plus an en suite with corner bath and seperate shower. There are a further two bedrooms downstairs both with king sized beds and brand new mattresses, one with beautiful solid oak furniture, the other with mirrored furniture providing a light and airy yet cosy feel, these bedrooms share the family bathroom. Upstairs is styled as a guest suite, bedroom 4 is the main bedroom with bedroom 5 styled as a a relaxing snug with a very comfortable double sofabed, scatter cushions, TV, office desk, chair. and desk lamp. The desk is positioned at the window providing beautiful village and country views. The snug can be converted to a bedroom upon request should this be required. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will require including cutlery, cooking equipment, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, oven/cooker, filter coffee machine and brand new Next microwave, four slice toaster and kettle. The dining room is located off the kitchen with a dining table that seats eight. A utility area provides a 10kg washer/dryer, ironing board, iron and metal airer. The lounge has two Laura Ashley sofas, a large smart TV and a welcoming open fire place, a spacious room for family time and relaxation. A very large conservatory with a side entrance, office space with desk and supportive office chair, an extra large and very comfy sofa with matching armchair, and a wall mounted smart TV. The double patio doors opens onto the patio area and garden. The garage is accessible via the conservatory providing a secure storage area for bikes, prams or work tools. The front of the property has a very spacious stoned driveway which can easily accommodate six plus cars comfortably or multiple work vans, campers or trailers. The property is loved and well maintained, James and I are on hand to help with any queries before and during your stay, we promise you will love our home as much as we do. Guest access Guest access is from the front door or a further side entrance allowing access to the property through the conservatory, ideal for bikes, prams and muddy boots. This service is offered free of charge and would suit contractors working away from home, we take the hassle out of living away and really provide a home from home experience that you will be thankful that you found.
