The bathroom is what it says on the tin, but with an especially spacious shower. On the second floor, accessed via a chic iron framed staircase with impressive oak steps, is an unusually large bed with two mattresses – also build with quality Mecklenburg oak. The bed offers views over the orchard, transforming from seas of flowers in spring, to leaves in summer and apples in autumn. In winter the orchard is bare, leaving stunning views over the pond. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed for an additional two people, allowing a total of 4 guests to stay here. Due to the open-plan interior, noise travels easily within the house. Guest access This neat little garden house is surrounded by exquisite views on each side, comprising of lime trees, the Manor House, the rose passage, the orchard. In the park thrive more than 3000 English and historical roses. The park is surrounded by Hellbach which flows to the Baltic Sea and in winter is home to sea trout on the way to spawning grounds. If looking to book for several people including children, there are rooms and holiday apartments available for booking in the adjacent Manor House. The cottage is embedded within a large well kept park with numerous sitting areas and barbecue facilities. Space will not be a concern in the garden.
