Spacious and pleasant one-story villa in Skellefteå

Welcome to our home at Solstigen! A spacious single storey villa about 3 km from Skellefteå city center and a stone's throw from Vitberget where you will find Vitbergsbadet, Skidstadion and Skellefteå Kraft Arena. Grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. The home can be used up to 6-8 people. There are four bedrooms, of which one room with bed sofa and two children's rooms. Two living rooms, one of which can be used as a fifth bedroom. Two bathrooms. Warm welcome from us! /Henrik & Evelina The space Front of the house: Located quite close to the road on the block. Two parking areas in front of garage(you can even stand on the street) Two grassy areas and an entrance in between. Here is the sun and gas in the morning where you can have your first coffee cup! Back side: Much larger space where you stay the most and no insight from the road. There is place for a lot of play and nice dinner moments. Trampoline, swings, playhouse are available to use. A large dining table seating at least 8 persons. The sun sets at about 8pm as it disappears behind the trees. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen not modern but fills its function. Garden with trampoline, swing, patio and a charcoal grill. Bed linens for all beds. Towels. Soap/Shampoo. Toilet paper. Cleaning supplies. Space in fridge/freezer. Parking. Wifi. TV. (Chromecast) Laundry room with washing machine and good relief areas. Children's toys, etc. Other requests are probably arranged according to agreement. Other things to note A men's and women's bike are available. Children's bike, balance bike, and helmet for kids. There is also a bike cart as well.
