Welcome home to us at Solstigen! A spacious one-story villa about 3 km from Skellefteå city center and a stone's throw from Vitberget where you will find Vitbergsbadet, Skidstadion and Skellefteå Kraft Arena. Grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. The accommodation can be used by up to 6-8 people. There are four bedrooms, one of which is a room with a sofa bed and two children's rooms. Two living rooms, one of which is larger and can be used as a fifth bedroom. Two bathrooms. Two parking spaces in front of the garage (you can also park on the street) Two lawns and an entrance in between. Here the sun shines and warms you in the morning where you can have your first cup of coffee! Backside: Much larger area where you spend the most time and no view from the road. There is room for a lot of play and pleasant dinner moments. Trampoline, swings, playhouse are available to use. A large dining table with room for at least 8 people. The sun sets at about 8:00 p.m. when it disappears behind the trees. Guest access Fully-equipped kitchen, not modern but fulfills its function. Garden with trampoline, swing, patio and a charcoal grill. Bedding for all beds. Towels. Soap/Shampoo. Toilet paper. Cleaning supplies. Space in fridge/freezer. Parking. Wifi. TV. (Chromecast) Laundry room with washing machine and good unloading surfaces. Children's toys, etc. Other requests can certainly be arranged according to agreement. Other things to note A men's and women's bicycle is available. Children's bicycle, balance bicycle and helmet for children. There is also a bicycle trailer.
