This is a charming old stone house completely renovated in a modern, fresh style, conveniently located in the heart of Mallorca. Less than 30 minutes to the sea. We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. The house has a/c all around, heating, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 suites with comfy beds and bathroom. Stay tax to be paid on arrival. The space We have a nice garden with bbq, ping pong table, a covered pergola, swimming pool and different sitting areas. Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca away from very tourist places. Great for a biking holiday. The heated pool, a/c units and a good fireplace makes the house a great base for a winter visit too. Other things to note Fireplace available. Firewood not provided, it can be bought in shops nearby. This is a self-catering property. We supply linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival and other basic amenities. Guests are expected to purchase their own after they use what's in the property. For hygienic reasons we do not leave food leftovers at the property. Pool heating is on from October until May when the house is being occupied. The pool water temperature depends on the weather conditions. The temperature can be in a range between 14C and 27C when the heater is on. The water temperature from November to March may be too cold for swimming. Stay tax needs to be paid on arrival. Access to the house is through a narrow private road for 50meters. Most of cars can drive without problems. A small or medium car size is recommended.
