Authentic French Castle in a Private Park - 35 guests

A beautiful space combining the authentic castle vibes and lush nature around with all the modern comforts necessary to have an unforgettable team offsite, thematic retreat, friends or family reunion, or an easy-going wedding/elopement, vows renewal event. The property is located 5min from Saint Mere Eglise, 12 minutes from Carentan, 15 minutes from Utah Beach and 35 minutes from Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery, making it the perfect location to explore D-day memorials and historical sites. We are open for private events and retreats only a few weeks per year (please refer to the calendar). The property consists of: - Main Castle building with 9 main double bedrooms, 2 to 4 budget rooms, 8 bathrooms, 1 big fully equipped kitchen, smaller kitchen, gym space, large shared areas - living room with a fireplace, dining room etc. - Manor house with 3 individual apartments (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 living rooms) - Event space of 150sq meters which can be used for a coworking space, conference rooms, yoga and meditation space, sports place, or party space (fully equipped with sound system, presentation screen, and projector, tables, chairs, bathrooms) - private park of 20 hectares with a BBQ place, fire pit, and a 50sq.m. tent overlooking the castle for outdoor events In the winter months, the property becomes an island with breathtaking views over the marshes filled with water! Please note: We can host comfortably about 35 people if guests are sharing double beds. If guests do not wish to share beds we can host a maximum of 18/20 people. Catering options: - you can bring your own chef - on site half board catering by our vegetarian chef - external catering suppliers that we can recommend The property comes with an experienced event&community building professionals and we will be happy to help with the organisation of your perfect event by recommending local suppliers, activities and trips in the area as well as transfers from the airports or ferry ports. Complimentary historical tour by the owners can be included upon request.
