Well equipped gites with pool and games room

Luxury gites in beautiful, quiet rural surroundings converted in 2018/9. Spacious with modern facilities. Private terraces with seating & BBQ per gite opening onto large gardens with 10m x 5m in ground pool. On the Loire/Vienne border near Futuroscope, Chateaux, Saumur & Chinon vineyards & historic towns of Poitiers, Tours & Richelieu. The character cottages have historic interest such as stone floors, oak beams, fireplaces (not for use), vaulted ceilings & lime washed walls. The space Le Pressoir has two first floor bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and shower rooms, the master bedroom has an extra large bed and the other is a twin room. Downstairs is a large open plan living space with sitting area with comfortable sofas and television having french/english channels available, dining area with large table seating 17 guests and fully equipped kitchen area. Outside is an attractive terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. La Vieille Maison has three spacious first floor bedrooms, one with extra large bed and an en suite shower room and the other two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a bathroom. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and a large sitting room with comfortable sofas and a television with french/english channels. Outside is an attractive terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included with the cost of this rental. Guest access All space within the gites are available to guests, each gite has it's own lockable front door and the gite is for the sole use of the renter. We have a communal games room with pool table, football table, darts board, dressing up, children's toys etc. There are also communal gardens with swimming pool and undercover parking available to all guests. We have two large table and chairs which can accommodate 17 guests t one outside undercover and the other inside Le Pressoir. Other things to note There is another gite on the premises which can accommodate 7 guests. All communal areas including the swimming pool will be shared with all guests.
