This is a private bedroom, with a work space & a private bath, as well as a bunk bed with both a double & a single bed. It has a private entrance, so it will be like staying in your own hotel room! We provide TV, wi-fi, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer & dryer. Towels are provided, and we have a few basic shower amenities if you happen to forget anything. We really want to make your stay as comfy as possible, so we are here to help in any way we can! Although you can sleep 5 people because of the bunk beds, it's really not suitable for 5 adults. The space is better suited for 2-3 adults and kids. You will have your own key to enter so please lock the door both when you leave & when you're at home. As much or as little as you'd like. You're always welcome to spend time upstairs with my husband and me. But, if you just want to veg downstairs, feel free! We are centrally located in the Morningside (east) side of Sioux City. We are a few blocks from the Sunnybrook Shopping Center (Target, Lowe's, Ulta, Marshall's, McDonald's) and approximately a mile from Lakeport Commons (Kohl's, Gordman's, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, Best Buy, Red Robin, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Old Chicago, Panera, Texas Roadhouse) as well as Southern Hills Mall (AMC Theatres, Barnes & Noble, American Eagle, Buckle, Younkers, Penneys, Sears, Red Lobster, Outback, Applebees & Hy-Vee). We are half a block from a bus stop, but almost anything you'd need is walking distance...just ask us what direction! If you have a car, you'll have off-street parking right outside the entrance. During the summer when our camper is parked in the driveway, you will need to park on the street in our quiet little cul-de-sac. Please note, because you have basically the whole basement, we live exclusively upstairs other than needing access to the washer & dryer once/week (we’re working on putting one upstairs so we won’t have to bother you). The kitchen & laundry room are a work in process so we appreciate your patience. You will have your own key to enter so please lock the door both when you leave & when you're at home.
