Aunt Rose's Place Whole Duplex

The space Aunt Rose's Place is a 1 bedroom upper and 2 bedroom lower duplex is located in Downtown Monroe, Mi. It features keyless entry, 32" WiFi TV's in bedroom, DirecTV in on a 43" HDMI TV in the living room, WiFi, washer and dryer in basement for guests staying in Upper half of the house, and hall closet in the lower half. All utilities included. Stay for months comfortably. Blocks from the river, YMCA, and downtown. Traveling nurses have biked or walk to work. The Duplex is not childproofed. 30 miles to Detroit or Toledo, 35 miles to Canada. 45 miles to Ann Arbor. If checking in late please be quiet so not to disturb guests that may be staying below. We frequently have shift workers. Other things to note We have cameras stationed outside mostly to see if our guests have left by 10 a.m. so we can clean, if the lawn was mowed, etc. and security while the house is unoccupied. Trash - the curbside can is behind the side porch. The upper and lower halves have separate entrances but families have rented the whole house and had the same door codes to easily go back and forth! Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
