Private house by the sea

Private house of 50 sqm with 20 m to the sea. Bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette, sofa, kitchen table with room for four people. Private patio. 200 meters to your own beach and 10-15 minutes walk to Västervik city. 3 beds but space for four people as one of the beds is a double bed. You must bring your own towels, and sheets/bedding. The space You have access to your own patio and the house is just a walk away from the nature reserve Gränsö with its popular Gränsö castle and Gränsö spa. Guest access 50 meters from the house, there is access to a beach. There is also access to two bicycles for excursions. Västervik's golf course is only 500 meters from the house. Other things to note Bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. The house should be cleaned before you hand in the key, with vacuuming and wet wiping of floors. Any dishes should also be washed. The house should simply be left as you found it when you checked in😁
