Perfect St. Petersburg getaway! This spacious and completely remodeled unit is located in a quiet residential area but is close to everything the area has to offer. Downtown St. Pete with it's new pier, spa beach, waterfront parks, many restaurants and breweries is less than 5 miles away. Sawgrass Park and Weedon Island Nature Preserve (~2 miles) offers great nature trails, kayaking, fishing and birding options. Some of the best beaches in the world are less than 30 minutes away. TPA is 20 mins. The space This adorable guest house is light and airy with plenty of room for 4. The bedroom is oversized with two queen beds, a large closet and an attached bathroom. The living area is a perfect hangout spot with a 50” TV, books and board games. The efficiency kitchen is stocked with basics and is perfect for light cooking. It has a microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, smokeless grill and magic bullet smoothie maker. High speed Wi-Fi and Netflix is also provided. To accommodate a longer stay, we can provide an induction stove, pots and pans etc for basic cooking. Also since we stay in the adjacent unit we could also provide laundry once a week at a nominal charge. St. Petersburg has it all - amazing restaurants, museums, parks and award wining beaches. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - please acknowledge 1 - PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Quiet hours (10:00pm – 8:00am) must be observed. Loud music & outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood & the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful. 2 - Treat this home as if it were your own. Report any damage to the home to your host immediately. 3 - Smaller non-shedding dogs are permitted upon host approval. Please let us know before making a reservation. Sorry, we don’t allow cats. Please ensure you clean up after your fur babies. Pets are not permitted on the furniture, there will be an additional fee if pet fur or accidents are found on the furniture, thank you for your help with this! If unapproved pets are present you will be charged an additional fee of up to $200 for cleaning. There is a $50 per dog pet fee. 4 - There is a strict no smoking policy within the unit. If any signs of smoking is detected, there will be additional charges up to $200. 5 - If only one or two guests check in then one Queen bed will be provided with linens and pillows etc. If both beds are requested, there is an additional charge of $20. 6 - Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet, flushing anything like feminine products, wet wipes...could result in a back up & potential fees charged at the end of your stay, please report plumbing issues to your host immediately. 7 - ​Use of EV charger is $20/night. We also have 2 folding kayaks for rent at $30/day each. Please contact me if you’re interested. 8 - You can access the front yard and the side yard which has a swing. Please be careful when using the swing as the hosts assumes no liability if you’re injured. 9 - Bugs are a part of life in tropical Florida in spite of the best pest control measures.
