The apartment is located in a colorful villa under the roof, so there are some stairs to climb. Central, quiet location with a magical garden. Outdoor pool at your doorstep. Free parking is available. You walk through a park for 10 minutes to the center. The location offers the opportunity to easily conquer the city on foot. University of Bayreuth is very close. Smoking is not allowed. The space Attic apartment with double bed in sleeping alcove. A large living room with an extra bed. Kitchen fully equipped: dishwasher, bread maker, coffee machine (capsules) or Bodum, microwave, stove with oven, freezer (attachment). No washing machine, but ours can be used if needed.
