Apartment with a large garden and lake view

Apartment for 4 people in Fürstenwerder. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: We ask you to bring bed linens and towels. In return, we would refund you €10 of the cleaning fees. For the sheets: The two beds are 160 x 200. Pillows and blankets are there, only the bedding is to be brought. The apartment is on the ground floor, on the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also used in the summer. See the notes below. The space The house is overlooking the lake with the medieval city wall. From the garden you have a beautiful view over the Lake. To the bathing place there are only 2 minutes walk and in the area there is a lot to discover. The holiday apartment is located on the lower floor of the two-story house in Karl-Marx-Str. 35. The house was built in the early 1930s as a residential and commercial building of a pottery and oven cleaner family based in the village. For several years now, the lower apartment can be used as a holiday apartment. The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms. They are connected with a hinged door but each room also has a separate access. The bedrooms (each with a double bed 160x200) are located on the little-traveled Karl-Marx-Straße, from the kitchen window you can see the lake over the courtyard. The historic plank floor in the rooms is made of high quality pitchpine. Some of the original furniture and amenities are reminiscent of the history of the craftsmen family. The kitchen with the tile floor preserved from the 1930s is equipped with everything you need during the holidays. Apartment also has SATELLITE TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, bicycles and children's toys (e.g. wooden railway, children's books, classic games, etc.) The use of the yard and the large garden is of course possible. In the garden there is possibility of barbecue and a small veranda directly on the medieval city wall. From there you have an unforgettable view over the Lake... Guest access The yard and garden can be used by our guests. This includes access to the garden by the small workshop. Please do not enter any other premises in consideration of privacy. Other things to note Included in the price are electricity, water and heating. The upper part of the house is also regularly used in summer. Due to the building fabric (wooden beamed ceiling), you can then hear the normal movement noises from above downstairs, for example. And you also meet in the courtyard, garden or hallway. Since we grew up there, we know the sounds of the house of course well and don't feel personally disturbing. But of course everyone has a different sense of peace and quiet. So if you are looking for "absolute peace" and would describe yourself as sensitive to noise - please feel free to contact us with questions before booking. Otherwise, it is a great pleasure to listen to the birds and sounds of nature. This is a highlight in every season... And one more note for guests with short stays: The cleaning fee is also due for one or two nights. As a result, the average price per night for short stays is less favorable than a longer reservation.
