The house is set in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Valizas stream and the beach. It is a very comfortable house, with a spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The house has electricity. For cold nights, the house has a gas stove. The space The house has a garden full of plants and some trees. The house has very nice windows which makes it a very bright and well-ventilated house. The kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, a small oven and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is very spacious with shower and hot water. The living room and kitchen have access to the eaves, a covered outdoor area with a ceiling, where there is a table and chairs to enjoy the views of the garden of the house. Guest access The house has electricity, hot water, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave. It has a large jadin with different plants and trees where you can leave the car. Other things to note They can be affected by mosquitoes,especially in summer, in the house there are two new mosquito nets to use at night, in bed. It is recommended to have a product either natural or not for it. The sun is in summer or in winter is very strong in Uruguay. It is recommended to use protector.
