Self Contained Detached Property on the River Pang

Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children. The space There is a large Sitting/Dining Room, separate kitchen, utility room with washing machine and 2 en-suite bedrooms. The Bed in Bedroom 1 has a SuperKing 6' bed i.e. zip and link made up as 2 twin beds as standard. Please advise when booking if you would like this as one bed. Bedroom 2 also has a SuperKing 6' bed. The bedrooms are completely separate and can be locked for privacy so making the space ideal for sharing even if you are not family! Please note that the kitchen does not have a full size oven/hob however we do have a mini oven/grill and two ring hob, air fryer microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and a Weber Kettle BBQ outside. Guest access The annexe is self contained and away from the main house. We offer self check in (keypad access). You will be able to park right outside and have access to outside space for dining and relaxing. The property is on the River Pang and is very quiet and tranquil. Our property covers over 30 acres and we have horses on livery and one house cat! There are lovely walks on our doorstep and a nature reserve abuts our land. Other things to note Our annexe has plenty of space with a large sitting/dining room, spacious kitchen and separate utility room as well as two good size en-suite bedrooms. There is a seating area with a large table, chairs with seat cushions and an umbrella and a large lawned area for your use.
