This is a rustic in-law in a country setting 12 minutes west of downtown Sebastopol. One bedroom with a queen bed and closet. Cute separate private sitting area with a day bed/sofa and small dining table. Best suitable for 2 adults plus a child. Entrance through the laundry room that is due to be remodeled, currently unfinished. Absolutely no cats/no exceptions. Well behaved dog OK but please 1 dog only or email for exceptions. We don't have a fenced yard so dogs need be on a leash outdoors. Thank you! This is a private space with it's own key, although it does share a wall with the kitches for the rest of the house. There may be some gentle noise from the main house during the day since we do share a wall. Also we do walk about the property during the day. This is completely self-contained with sleeping, sitting area, bathroom and stocked kitchenette and totally separate from the main house except the entrance room which doubles as a laundry room. We have a separate entrance and try not to enter the laundry room while guests are with us. This is a very quiet rural setting. We have a small outside sitting area (which is part of the property) with two chairs and a serving table. We also have a vegetable garden down below on the property that guests are free to go to to pick veges and enjoy meditative quiet times. It is lined with jazmin. I will always be available via text but generally no face to face interaction. West Sonoma County - Near to Bodega Bag, Graton and Sebastopol. Deer and turkey roam freely. We are in a remote location you’ll need to have a car! Please note that this is a rustic country setting outside of town. Owners also live on the property and are involved in projects. Huge vegetable garden and apple trees abound... feel free to pick food during your stay as season permits!
