Ranch Guest House in Beautiful Texas Hill Country

Welcome to the Guesthouse located on our Cattle Ranch in the Beautiful Texas Hill Country! Located less than an hour from San Antonio, Austin, Luckenbach, Fredricksburg & over 100 Wineries on the Hwy 290 Wine Trail. Located 1 mile drive from main road, you have a secluded, peaceful feel yet are only 5 minutes from town. House has private view and parking area and yet within walking distance from main house & GameRoom which may be rented for an additional fee & includes Loft, pool table & TV The space Guesthouse is a lovely 3 bedroom home with an attached bath in the primary bedroom and one bath in the hallway near both additional bedrooms. A rollaway bed is available if needed. Home has a large kitchen and table that seats 6, Large living area with plenty of space to relax and take in the peace and quiet. Take your morning coffee on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful, private view of the ranch. No traffic or other houses to distract from the splendor although you may see a tractor or ranch truck drive by on their way to work. Our cattle may be in the field or you may even get a visit from the dogs out surveying their perimeter. Otherwise, you may see Whitetail, Blackbuck, Axis, Fox, Painted Buntings, Vermilion Flycatcher,s Scissor-tailed flycatchers - and lots of other wildlife from your windows. And although the house feels secluded and tucked away, we are only minutes from town as well as some amazing and beautiful wineries. Grab a bottle and bring back to the porch to enjoy the sunset. Interested in FISHING? Fishing excursions can be arranged at our 3 acre stocked lake or via private access to the Blanco River. If you are interested, message me to discuss details. Someone is always on property during your stay and avail to answer questions or solve any issues. This is a working cattle and hunting ranch. We have animals and pets on property. Please use caution when driving. Driving is allowed on paved roads only. Walking and hiking on the ranch is allowed although certain areas may be restricted at certain times. Please check with us if you plan to walk so we can let you know the areas that are safe to explore. Guest access Property is fully fenced with gated entry. Gate code provided prior to arrival.
