IDYLLIC, QUIET SETTING! The space We are in the countryside so QUIET! and safe with children,; the 14 ha of the estate are at your disposal, (organic and nature protection). For shopping, the village is 1.5 km away. An equestrian and pedestrian hiking trail passes along the edge. There are a multitude of places to discover nearby. Guest access You are alone at the 'petit Quengo' with private land but you benefit from the 14 ha of the estate to walk around. Other things to note TWO RENTAL FORMULAS FOR THE COTTAGE: Entire property: 4 bedrooms, 12 people; or half-gîte: 2 bedrooms, 5 people (1 triple with sink, 1 double, bathroom with toilet adjoining the 2 bedrooms). WHATEVER THE FORMULA YOU CHOOSE, YOU ARE ALONE IN THE COTTAGE. THE PRICES THAT ARE DISPLAYED DURING YOUR REQUEST ARE THOSE OF THE ENTIRE COTTAGE. OPTION TO TAKE ADDITIONAL GUEST ROOMS IN THE CASTLE, A 2-MINUTE WALK AWAY, when the guest rooms are open. GITE: The rental price included: water,gas, cleaning products,(organic car). TO BE ADDED: During HEATING PERIOD: ELECTRICITY,(according to meter reading). ATTENTION: ON SHORT STAYS DURING THE HEATING PERIOD IT COSTS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO 'HEAT THE WALLS'. Departure cleaning: included, (inventory on arrival and departure). SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED, but: Possibility to rent linens (€15 per person, placed on each bed, or €20 per person with bed made) and towels (€5 per person). Check-in and check-out. GUEST HOUSE RENTALS: IN HIGH SEASON, JULY AND AUGUST: 3-NIGHT MINIMUM. ON LONG WEEKENDS: 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM. WIFI: Not accessible in the entire gite (thickness of the walls!). PETS: €20 per stay per pet. Maximum two. No dogs, cats under a year old. BABY EQUIPMENT: Baby bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, toilet booster seat, changing mat, stair gate. FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM: Wood provided for the stay, (quantity proportional to the length of stay); possibility to buy more on site if necessary, (inquire).
