Airy studio with private entrance and one off-street parking spot. Perfect in-town location on Main Street (walk to everything including shops, museums, restaurants, and the Webb Barn). Great neighborhood for walking, biking, and running. Safe, cozy, and private. Boat launch at the Wethersfield Cove (1/2 mile away), easy access to Hartford. Full bath is compact but functional. Includes a workspace (desk, free wi-fi), mini fridge, microwave, dresser and Keurig for your morning caffeine fix. The space The guest suite is located on the Main Street Creamery property. Ice cream and other sweet treats will be close at hand! The space is well removed from the business, so it is quiet and private. There is one queen bed, a compact full bath, dresser, Keurig, microwave, and mini-fridge. Please note that there is not a full kitchen. Also, during current COVID regulations, the Creamery is not allowing lines inside, so lines sometimes form in the driveway during peak hours. This might occasionally impact access to your off street parking during business hours. Requests to book indicate that you are aware of (and are okay with) the above. Old Wethersfield is a beautiful town with plenty to do, and we enjoy hosting guests from around the world! Guest access Guests have access to the suite and a dedicated off street parking spot, which is located between the garage and the main structure. Other things to note A remote thermostat holds the space temp between 69-70 degrees year round (central air and heat). However, there is a wall heater with thermostat and a space heater in the closet if ever desired.
