The space Our 2015 newly opened apartments offer you full comfort: - A fully equipped, modern kitchen with hob, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. - Free WiFi for surfing on the World Wide Web - A flat screen TV and a radio for your favorite channel. - A heavenly double bed from which you no longer want to get up. - A modern bathing oasis with a shower and toilet. - A cosy living room that has a dining table that sleeps four and a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two. - Towels, shower towels, shower mats and bed linen will be at your disposal. - For longer stays: We have a central laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron to make you feel at home. (Alternatively, we will be happy to organize a cleaning and laundry service for you.) - For our young guests we will be happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot with bedding (please request when booking). Good mood, friendly staff and nice weather included (in case of emergency we rent umbrellas). Our apartments are located at the gate of the Almtal, a natural paradise with many opportunities for cross-country skiing, skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking. Apartment Description: Apartment 1.1 Our apartment 1.1 (42m²) has an anteroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a pull-out comfort sofa bed (with a hoist), a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a cozy large double bed, a bathroom with a toilet. In expanding our four apartments, we have placed great emphasis on high-quality materials. That's why our living and sleeping rooms are equipped with parquet floors and for the most part with solid wood furniture. Each apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and high quality mattresses. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a four-person dining area. A comfortable sofa bed accommodates two persons. The bathrooms are modern and welcoming. Guest access Wifi laundry room (for longer stays) Other things to note Before check-out – Please note the following points: We ask that you leave the apartment as you found it so that we can quickly prepare everything for the next guests: Dishes & cutlery: Please wash all dishes and cutlery, dry them thoroughly and put them back in their place in the kitchen drawers and cutlery tray. Garbage disposal: Dispose of the garbage properly and please separate the waste carefully (glass, aluminum, plastic, paper do not belong in the residual waste). Leftover food: Remove all leftover food from the apartment, especially from the refrigerator, cupboards and table. Swept clean: Please leave the apartment swept clean – that means tidy and superficially clean, so that we can start the final cleaning immediately. Cleaning fee: The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of an apartment that has been swept clean, as well as the washing of bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, we have to charge additional costs for any additional special cleaning. Last check: Please check before your departure that you have taken all your personal belongings with you.
