On the covered balcony, you can stand in the sunshine, but even in slightly fresher temperatures. The sleeping area is charmingly separated by a corner wardrobe - here you can snuggle up after a long day in the fresh Baltic Sea air in the high-quality double bed (about 2x 90x200cm). In the separate, small bedroom, another double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a wardrobe and a private TV are waiting for you. The apartment has a full bathroom and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances including dishwasher, hot air fryer and 4-burner ceramic hob. This property includes 2 outdoor parking spaces. Even beach toys for our little guests are there. The use of the indoor swimming pool, the three communal roof terraces with sea and land views as well as the table tennis room are of course free of charge for you. You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in house A or in the bike room on the ground floor between house A and B.
