This is a private room in the apartment that my family and I live in. My home is in the centre of the city. Supermarkets, malls, bazaars are within walking distance. Eateries, pizza places are near. The beach is 40 minutes walk away or you can take a bus that's just opposite my building. There is safe parking for guests. There is an outlet mall no more a few minutes away from my place, that includes a pharmacy, supermarket, Post Office, 24 hour clinic etc. The space We live in the same apartment. We have a cat. The guests will have their privacy but if they feel like a chat or some advice on where to eat, shop, sightseeing etc we are always available. I have a camera installed in my living room and a Ring Camera doorbell outside. Guest access The guests can use the kitchen sink to wash their dishes and fill water bottles at the water filter. I do stress on cleanliness and on the guests picking up after themselves. Other than the above mentioned reasons, I do not allow guests access to our living areas. It is an invasion of our privacy. During your stay I am a homemaker so I will be available to guests almost all the time. I make it a rule to greet guests on arrival and be there to say goodbye to them at check-out. Other things to note Guests are not allowed visitors. At check-in only the guest enters the premises. Any friend/family accompanying the guest at the time of check-in or other times will not be allowed to enter. No smoking in the room or the premises I do not allow use of washing machine. However, guests can use the washing machine for a cost of 50 shekels per load. The bathroom/toilet will be cleaned twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. I have a Ring video doorbell outside the front door. There is a charge to loss of room keys, missing towels, breakage of items in room/bathroom, stained/damaged linens. There is a charge for late check-out. 25 shekels per hour. I will need a copy of Personal Identification such as passport/driver's license or teudat zeut for tax and insurance purposes.
