The swimming and snorkeling is very good and you can jog or walk on uninterrupted on the sand for well over a kilometer in each direction. Other positive features are that the location is excellent for access to downtown, West Coast, Warrens and the ABC Highway.your doorstep. The property enjoys good breezes for most of the year as it is not in the shadow of the more elevated lands along the west coast. An ideal family residence in a quiet area with good security.
