We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away. The space There are two bedrooms with king beds, another bedroom with with two twin beds and a game room with a day bed & trundle. The game room is full of family games, puzzles & a wii to entertain the group. Main spaces include a large living room with a pullout sofa if needed. There are plenty of spaces for huge family meals - a huge farmhouse table in the kitchen a dining room table that is also great for doing puzzles. Once you are tired of the indoors, enjoy the wraparound porch with amazing views, an eating area and a charcoal grill. For the cook of the group, there is a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of pots/pans for large meals, a full set of knives, and baking equipment if that is your thing. Appliance include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and a blender. In case of a mess, there is a washer and dryer located in the garage that is available for use. Guest access The neighborhood has gate access and is located just 2 blocks in from the main road. There are two drive ways on property and a 2 car garage to fit all the cars and water toys you bring with you! Other things to note When I am in town and not renting the space, my dog and I are enjoying lake life, so please be aware that a pup is in the space regularly if you have allergies.
