Beautiful 180 degree view will welcome you into our home. Located at the top of a residential area, our 2180 sqft house is minutes away from downtown Fallbrook and the Grand Tradition. Catch sunsets over the hill tops and enjoy the city lights at night from the raised deck or the front balcony. You will find all the conveniences of your home, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TVs, upgraded WiFi and plenty of room for families or large groups. This house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Being from France, I decorated many rooms with pieces from there as well as some of my leather art and pottery. The living rooms have Lazy Boy furniture, dining room can seat 8 and the kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar. In the bathroom you will find blow dryers, hotel grade towels, soap and shampoo. Lots of toys and games are in the house too. Your children are welcome to use them. They will also be able to enjoy the trampoline ( waiver will have to be signed first). The trampoline is not open to adults. Please note, my family and I use the house part time. We will not be on the property during your stay but you will find some of our personal belongings in the home ( clothes in closet and drawers, food in the fridge and cupboards ). I am committed to making your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. If you are traveling with children please let me know of their age so that I can make the house comfortable for them as well. For infants ask me about the baby package. Going to the beach ask me about the beach package. Early check in or late check out is available for an additional fee, send me a message for details. Fallbrook, the friendly village has a historical downtown area where the avocado festival takes place yearly and where the farmers market is hosted on Saturdays. Many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are located within 5 minutes away. Oceanside beaches are 30 minutes away and Snow Valley ski resort is 1:45 minutes away. You could technically surf in the morning and ski, snowboard or mountain bike the rest of the day. Many other attractions such as Legoland, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Temecula wineries are also close by.
