It has two double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom furnished with bunk beds that is ideal for children. It has a newly refurbished family bathroom. Downstairs there is a kitchen / dining room, living room, utility room and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen / dining room has a French door giving on to a patio area with spectacular and unique views of the beautiful Menai Straits and all its associated bird and wildlife. The South-facing patio is equipped with table and chairs and can be used as an eating area throughout the day. To the rear of the property there is a paved yard.
