This beautiful and spacious home is the perfect place for a week of family fun and relaxation with a private dock w/ boat and jet ski lifts, covered seating, floating dock, stand up paddle boards and great swimming in a quiet cove. The two spacious living rooms will allow the entire family to relax, hang out and watch movies at the end of those long lake days on the 75" flat screens with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. This home has amazing deck space on both floors for everyone to gather, cook on the large grill or drink your morning coffee while watching deer run through the wooded cove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook family meals. Home has fast WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+! Guests will have the entire property to themselves during their stay. We are available to the guests 24/7. If anything is needed please let us know. We want to ensure your stay is everything you hoped for. We understand issues can come up and welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues. The Beechwood West community consists mostly of families and retired couples who are permanent residents. There are some rental homes in the community and they are welcomed. We appreciate our guests respect our neighbors and respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am and do not play excessively loud or offensive music during the day. Our home is located on private roads. The private roads can be a little narrow at times. Please do NOT ever park along the roadside as damage to the road can occur by breaking off the edge of the road. You should drive slowly through the neighborhood as many people walk with their children and pets. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at nearby marinas and recommendations can be provided by the host.
