Our cozy, open-concept villa is near dining, shopping, and attractions. Just 20 minutes from Disney, it’s the perfect spot to relax by your private pool and spa after the parks. Pool/spa heat is $12/day (8 AM–8 PM). Note: Heat is unavailable in summer, and pools may not stay warm overnight in winter. Please consider this before requesting pool heating. No smoking indoors. A $250 fee applies if evidence is found. The space House is a 4 bedroom, 2400 square feet home with pool and spa. 2 master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms. All bedrooms have a private TV. Home has free wifi, Netflix, and regular TV network channels. Villa has a home monitoring alarm for your security and we also screen guests using SafelyStay, Inc. Please review section for policies and rules for your protection Guest access Complete access to home and guests have access to washer and dryer. Garage is secured off for personal artifacts and not part of rental. Other things to note Less than an hour to Tampa or Daytona beaches, short distance away.
