This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It's fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The house is 50' away from the 100' of beach on Otsego Lake and has the best sunset views. This rental includes the use of row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, and a sandy beach area. There's a dock for a boat or to fish. It’s close to the highway, downtown, golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages. You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit, and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. The bedrooms in this home have a Queen bed, with 2 pillows for each bed, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with 2 pillows and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply parer product like toilet paper and paper towels. Bedding and linens are included for all 3 beds. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers. I am always accessible by cell phone and if needed I can be there in person. If I can’t be there I’ll have someone who can be. At check-in I would like to meet you at the home to show the property and the great amenities we have available that may not be on this Airbnb page, we are always adding more for your enjoyment, also I can answer any questions you have in person. The street is on a dead end so not much traffic at all. The neighbors are great and very kind. Very safe neighborhood. You can travel by car less than 10 mins to downtown or you can walk to the 3 bar restaurant across Old 27 highway. YJust a short walk away you can bike down or walk the new Belle Iron bike/walking trail which runs over 1000 miles long. We do not have cable tv but do have great internet (500 mbps) and a DVD player. We also have an Apple TV device that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, ect. account on. You can also plug in your own devices to the TV like video games or your own Roku or Firestick. New to 2024, we now offer free fire wood (while supplies last). We will supply a wagon or wheelbarrow for you to bring it from across the road to the fire pit by the waters edge.
