A cosy place for your Northern Norway adventures!

A cosy little cabin located in the village of Skibotn, Norway; where we welcome the world to come and experience the Midnight sun in the summer and the spectacular Northern lights here in Skibotn in the winter. Skibotn is known for its' beautiful, versatile and mainly pristine nature; which is easily accessible from the cabin. Skibotn is located 120 km southeast of Tromsø; (about a 1 and 1/2 hour drive), and we are 40 km (0:40 min. drive) to the Finnish border. The space There will be a welcome plate of sandwiches and cookies or chocolate waiting for you on your arrival at our little yellow cabin. Inside the cabin there is a mini kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, stove top with an exhaust fan, a microwave, pots, pans, dishes ect. to make your meals.. There is a full bath with a shower room, a toilet room and a spacious sink area,. So one can take a shower in privacy while another can use the sink area and another can use the toilet. Large towels, wash clothes and bath soap provided. There are two queen size beds in the cabin. One is in a private bedroom. The other is on one side of the living room and is an adjustable bed that can be a twin or it can be pulled out to make a queen size bed. The cabin is best for two couples, or a family of four in which the children do not mind sleeping together in a queen size bed, Otherwise if you are 4 unattached adults you must be willing to share a bed with one of your traveling companions. There is a couch that seats 3 and a chair in the living room. a small table for 4 in the dining area. We have a small table and 4 chairs and a bench for sitting outside on the covered porch. Ii can be made possible to wash clothes inside our house in our washer and dryer if needed. We are 5 minutes to walk; both to the grocery store, the sea and the bus stop. There is a small restaurant at a campground near here.
