Relax in a detached, cozy cottage.

The detached cottage with underfloor heating and wood stove is located on a piece of land between the old harbor of Oldeberkoop and our farm. The lovely sunny garden with terrace, surround the cottage and give you all the privacy. In the morning, you can walk to the local bakery for fresh bread. A walk is easily started in the opposite park-like Molenbosch. With the free bicycles, you can explore the wooded, rural area via all kinds of routes. A place to unwind! The space Check out the photos and feel welcome! Good to know: In the garden of the cottage, there are bicycles that you can use. In addition to underfloor heating, there is a wood-burning stove to heat the cottage. Wood is sufficiently available. This also applies to the wood stove outside. There are kitchen, bath and linen, you don't have to bring this. Garbage bags, toilet rolls, dish soap and hand soap are also provided. In the kitchenette, you will find, in addition to dishes, pans and kitchen utensils, a refrigerator (freezer compartment), oven, toaster, hand blender, two-burner gas stove and a kettle. There is a coffee filter/holder so you can make slow coffee. Coffee, coffee milk, tea, sugar is there for the first days and there are kitchen herbs and oils to prepare a nice meal. With a little luck, you will find fresh herbs in the garden. The sturdy double bed (1.60m.) is already made up for you. There are extra blankets. There is Wi-Fi and a digital TV with DVD player and of course there are a number of DVDs. Guest access The small cottage with large garden and terrace is your private area. But you can also come and enjoy the orchard with Dahlia garden. This is adjacent to the old harbor, and you can see the sun set here. Curious about rural farming life? The road is also used by the staff of a company site behind it. The cottage is not in a place that you can describe as "quiet", in the area the daily life goes on. Still, you are often surprised by intensely serene moments. The variety may make it such a nice place. About the dairy farm; Work is also carried out on our farm to take care of the cows, calves, yard and crop. This certainly has its charm, but can also raise questions. If you have any questions, let us know. July 19 to August 17, 2025, the art route is open in Oldeberkoop. Art can be seen scattered throughout the village. The route also runs past the cottage because there are exhibitions in the former factory. Fun and cozy, but also extra excitement in the afternoon for you as a guest.
