Country guest house located on twenty fenced acres. We have a Eugene address but are closer to Veneta. Two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with bunk beds, plus a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. A Pack & Play is available if needed. The property has a gated entry and one parking space. Neighboring properties include a 40-acre vineyard and 20-acre residences. The space Living room with flat screen TV, ROKU for streaming services, digital antenna, and Blu-Ray player. Bathroom has shower but no tub available, dining area indoors, patio with BBQ, bistro table and chairs outdoors. Two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with twin-sized bunk beds. The sofa in the living area makes into a queen bed with a memory foam topper. The Kitchen has an apartment-sized refrigerator with small freezer, toaster oven, two-burner hot plate and microwave oven. Complete table setting for six is included along with all cooking utensils to cook meals, including blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc. Guest access Guest house sits on 20 fenced acres which includes small pond, garden area, open pasture and some forested acreage. Guests will have access to property, but not residents' private swimming pool. Other things to note The Eugene Airport (EUG) is approximately 12 miles from the property. Rental cars are available at the airport and in Eugene. Maps of the area, including a winery guide, calendar of events, and a local restaurant guide are available at the guest house. Numerous brochures about things to do in the local area are also available. A once per visit EV charging fee of $10 will be collected at check in.
